Mind-blowing stay! Super spacious rooms with a cozy couch and fully equipped kitchen. The lovely housekeeper, Esther, made our experience even more enjoyable with delicious food and interesting stories about the city. Conveniently located just a short walk from the bustling city center with a variety of food options nearby. Don't miss out on the amazing rooftop! Plus, free secured parking, free laundry facilities, and a nice kitchen area. The service deserves 5 stars! Just a heads up, request a room at the back to avoid any noise from the bar next door. Highly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay in Puebla!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at The Dear. We were greeted by friendly owners and enjoyed the clean and accessible room. The two terraces on the top floor made the room spacious and comfortable, and the quiet nights ensured a great night's sleep. The convenient and secure parking inside the courtyard was a plus, and we were able to make coffee in the morning. a delightful experience.
Would recommend this hotel.

I had the best time staying at The Dear in Puebla! The host, Daniel, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The flat was beautifully furnished and the bedroom was so comfortable. I loved the spacious living rooms where I could socialize with other guests. The cleaning lady even helped us use the washing machine, which was free of charge. The Dear is the perfect place to feel at home while exploring this historic town. I can't wait to come back!
Totally recommend this hotel.

The family who owns this place is absolute goals! They are so chill and will go above and beyond to make your stay mind-blowingly awesome. The rooms are pristine, with comfier-than-clouds beds and pillows. And get this – they even have a heater for those chilly nights! There's a super cozy common area where you can kick back, whip up a cuppa joe in the shared kitchen, and play some epic board games. But wait, it gets even better – there are not one, but two terraces where you can sip on your drink and soak in the jaw-dropping sunset views. It seriously feels like a home away from home!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! For the price, I got great value - the room was clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. The location was fantastic, being near a peaceful plaza with delicious food options. The staff provided top-notch service, giving helpful recommendations and making me feel at home.
The breakfast selection could use some improvement - maybe adding more variety to the menu would enhance the overall experience.

The owner's recommendations were exceptional! They provided great suggestions for places to visit in Puebla and other parts of Mexico. the house was recently renovated, clean, and had everything I needed. the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Zocalo, and the area felt safe. Having private parking was a bonus. Plus, the owner spoke English, which was a nice surprise.
Felt very well looked after, no reason to complain.
